Placing Board of Directors without Election Process

Section 1 – Proposal:

This amendment is for placing members of the Board of Directors without an election process.

 

Section 2 – Before first Board of Directors election:

The founding Board of Directors is granted the power to nominate and post members onto the board without following the established election process during the startup period defined by the board.

 

Section 3 – After first Board of Directors election:

Once the first election of the Board of Directors has taken place, the Board of Directors from that point on must follow the established procedure for board elections.
