Talked about the Agenda and How it will work as Well as Google Calendar. TCPP is 18+

The google calendar and how it works

Stuff will upload on the google drive. The agenda can go out on the wiki. The notes will go on to the google drive/wiki next board meeting.

Merging Community outreach and PR – Next month PER Review of The Bylaws. Events will always be on the updates/meeting notes.

NEW BUSINESS ADDED.

• Discussed Handing out patches
• One patch for $30 only for members- Leather Pride Patch
• Another Patch is $15 for non members it is a small holder patch it is $13 for members
• Don’t have new patches on hand
• We have pins that are $3 each for everyone. Don’t have to be a member to have them

Newsletter can be taken upon by others just need Reve

• Bring back a Pamphlet that talks about us and who we are

• TCPP will not be doing a booth but can volunteer at Minnesota Leather pride
• Rochester pride is looking for more adult oriented groups

• Used to do CLAW trips, Possibly doing more in the futcher
• IML and MIR next year i.e. members pooling for accommodation.
