Current Business

Discussed Overhauling Membership Benefits such as membership cards and digital membership cards.
Talked about Sponsors and Lube Donations.
We have lots of old pins ex. Leather Pride Pins. Each is $3 Ea.
Share with Twin Cities Leather for Obtaining Patches due to Patches being to Large, material, and price issues; and for sharing space Umbra Arts Building.
Memberships don’t have Patches Available.
Rebuild Relationships with Companies MR. S and OXBalls.

Discussed about changing from PayPal and moving to a Newer Bank. Venmo was Discussed and Is Probably the Better Choice for TCPP for Fundraisers.

POLICY UPDATE CLARIFICATIONS

Changed Meeting days to 3rd Sunday at 3 PM.

Meeting days Shall be Held In-Person. If Individual is Sick Remote is Available.
Meeting Notes Shall Be Posted on The TCPP Wiki Page.
Meeting Reports Shall Be Posed on The TCPP Wiki Page.
Official Meetings Can Occur Due to Quorum.
We Shall Upon IRS and Other Official Govt Agencies Provide for Financial Statements.
Any Member can Host an Event Separate from TCPP Affiliation. To Achieve Affiliation of TCPP Board Must Be Notified and Board Must Approve.
Board Members Can Have 1 (ONE) Undersecretary Underneath Them.
Membership Secretary monitors The Main Group Chat, Membership Secretary Can Modify Membership Applications As Required.
The Main Group Chat is Free For All Members Communication.
If TCPP Host Events that Are Paid TCPP Can Arrange for Payment in Volunteering/Donations. It Will Be Monitored to Prevent Abuse.

Discussed Having Individuals Assist with Rochester Pride in May to Boost Community Engagement-Duties would Be Volunteering for a Booth.

Looking At Organizing Moshes and Looking at Sister Websites.

Discussed Pride In The Park for A Pride Fundraiser. Can Donate Dunking Booth.

TCPP will Not Be Involved OR HAVE AFFILIATION with PUPS AFTER DARK.

Puppy Pride at LUSH was an Event That TCPP Did.
