Initial Board of Directors

Section 1 – Proposal:

This amendment will list the original members that will constitute the initial Board of Directors.

Section 2 – Initial Officers:

Kole Durant:  President

Nicholas Patterson:  Vice President

Justin Towers:  Treasurer

Michael Garza:  Community Outreach Coordinator

Alex Payne:  Public Relations Director

Section 3 – Special Term:

The initial board will serve until they deem TCPP is ready to transition to a new board. This initial term will not count towards the member’s term limit.
